She is survived by: her husband Steven R. E. Perkins I; her daughter Shauna Lacey (Jake); her grandchildren, Shelby Jones (Frazier), Jessica Cox (Gabe), Katie Rose (Josh) and Jacob Lacey; her siblings, Ann Freeman (Doug), Doug Carroll (Linda) and Nyoka Hall (Darrell); her siblings-in-law, Gladys Ann Carroll, Pam Darling, Debbie Swinford (Larry), Greg Perkins (Rhonda) and Larry Perkins (Kitty); Brown. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
