He is survived by: his wife Carla Endicott (Morris); his children, Clay Endicott of Dallas and Niki McMahon (Dave) of Sarasota, Florida; his grandchildren, Nolan and Lily McMahon; his mother Donna Endicott; his brother Scot Endicott (Amy); his mother-in-law Carolyn Morris; and his sister-in-law Caren Branson (Doug). He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
