He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Dukes and Georgie Edith Dukes (Stacey); his son Stephen Andrew Dukes; and his siblings, Rhoda Dukes and Jackie Lee Dukes.
He is survived by : his daughters, Melissa Dukes, Michelle Dukes (James) and Donna Dukes; his grandson Myles; his siblings, Kenneth Dukes and Donna M. Kaup; his nieces, Virginia and Kayci; his nephew Chad; and his former life partner Donna Turner.
