She was predeceased by: her parents, Arza Guilkey and Orpha Guilkey (Garverick); her former husband Harold Teboe; her husband Phil Wise; and her siblings, Carrol, Roland, Dallas, Max, Phyllis Mendenhall, Pat Paskins and Ruth Stoops.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Brian Wise (Jeanne) and Ann DiJulio (Mark); her stepgrandchildren, Christie Congdon (Brian), Julie Morton, Doug DiJulio and Cara DiJulio; and her sister Barbara Lawson (Richard). She is also survived by 4 step-great-grandchildren.
