He was predeceased by: his parents, William Siebert and Margaret Siebert (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Donna Siebert; his children, John "Jay" Siebert and Jessica Clock (Keith); and his granddaughters, Lillian, Allison, Amelia Clock and Mary Foster Schoales.
