She was predeceased by : her parents, Garland Linville and Myrtle Linville (Wilson); her husband Howard F Carter; and her children, Katherine Carter, Steven Carter and Mary Carter.
She is survived by : her children, James Carter (Teresa), Susan Webster (Stephen) and John Carter; and her sister Lisa Soon. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
