She was predeceased by : her stepfather Mark Dashiell; and her stepbrothers, David McIntosh and Robert McIntosh. She is survived by : her parents, Greg Cook (Sandra) and Tina Moore (Cox); her husband Chad Smart; her son Harrison Lee (Emily) of Noblesville; her sister Gwen Snelson (Mark) of Westfield; and her close friend Chloe Smart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
