She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph G. Humanek and Johanna; her aunt Anne Dauria; and her brother-in-law Bob Mader. She is survived by : her husband John T. Mader; her children, Beth Holley of Vancouver, WA, Mary (Jerry DeBrosse) of Indianapolis, Annemarie Brown (Richard) of Grove City and John W. Mader of Burbank, CA.; her grandchildren, Ben Brown (Erin) of Grove City, OH, Caiti Wagner (Zach) of West Chester, OH, Nick Brown of Lebanon, OH and Ren DeBrosse of Baltimore, MD; her great grandchildren, Everett, Elliott Brown and Owen Wagner; and her brother Tom Humanek (Pat) of Cape Coral, FL. She is also survived by nephews and niece.
In lieu of flowers, Jo would have been very pleased with memorial gifts made to Magnificat High School of Rocky River, OH, and directed to the Class of 1960 Endowed Scholarship.
