He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Neal and Eva Neal (Harrold); his brother Dan Neal; and his stepdaughter Ayse Kutlu. He is survived by: his wife Linda Neal; his daughters, Patricia McGuire (Brad) and Penny Wells; his stepson Hakan Kutlu (Todd Fuller); his grandchildren, Daniel McGuire, Nathaniel McGuire, Hannah McGuire, Jonathan McGuire, Joshua Sharpley and Matthew Sharpley; and his siblings, Larry Neal (Donna), Carolyn Cecil and Sue Duvall (Charlie).
