She was predeceased by : her parents, Glen E. Munro and Janet L. Munro (Heath); her brothers-in-law, George Wood and Bruce Himes; and her nephew Todd Himes.

She is survived by : her husband Victor Bernard; her stepson Aaron Furr; her siblings, Marilyn Himes, Jeanette Wood, Sharon Hearn (Jeff) and Tim Munro (Kathy); and her nieces and nephews, Michele Himes, Brad Himes (Jennifer), Mary Fendley (Ryan), Kate Wood, Lindsay Brustein (Garrett), Alex Hearn (Mohini Tellakat), Bethany White (Jeff) and Tiffany O'Brien (Gary).

“To the Bernard family, My deepest sympathies to your entire family. Lisa was such a special person! I got to know Lisa at Always in Stitches, and always enjoyed seeing her come into the store. I enjoyed talking with her and having her show me what project she was working on at that time. She will be missed! Bonnie Dickerson”
