He is survived by : his wife Julie Branca Formato; his son Joseph Formato (Chelsey); his siblings, Joseph Formato (Gen) and Peggy Brown (Barry); his mother-in-law Marie Branca; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Payne (Duane), Bill Branca (Caroline) and Becky Tinus (Bernie). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
