She was predeceased by: her parents, Arza Guilkey and Orpha Guilkey (Garverick); her husband Eugene "Heavy" C. Mendenhall; and her brothers, Carrol Guilkey, Roland Guilkey, Max Guilkey and Dallas Guilkey.
She is survived by: her sisters, Barb Lawson (Dick), Harriet Wise, Patricia Paskins and Ruth Stoops. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
