Phyllis Oakes Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Oakes (Noblesville, Indiana), who passed away on December 28, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lawhon and Cora Lawhon (Dellinger); her husband William Oakes; and her siblings, Sarah Brooks, James, Jack and Charles Lawhon.

She is survived by: her children, Bill Oakes (Fran) and Christy E. Oakes; her siblings, Marjorie Quear, Esther Jarvis and Ernest Lawhon; her grandchildren, Evan Matthew Oakes, Kyle Patrick Oakes, Eric William Oakes and Ryan A. Kirkendall; and her great grandchildren, Keegan Oakes, Owen Oakes, Addilynn Oakes, Henry Kirkendall, William Kirkendall, Miles Kirkendall, Brayson Oakes, Ella Oakes, Callen Oakes and Olivia Oakes.
