He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Overholser (Sprague) and Ralph Overholser; and his great grandchild Joey Tharp. He is survived by: his wife Joan Fraseur; his sons, Richard and Robert (Laura); his sister Joan Houghton; and his daughter Sara Tharp (Bart). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
