With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rip L. Kinser of Noblesville, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2025 at the age of 19. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Russell T. Kinser; his grandfathers, Daniel Bastine and Paul Kinser; and his great-uncles, Thomas Kinser and Richard Norman.
He is survived by: his mother Heather Kinser-Donoghue; his stepfather Russ Donoghue; his stepbrother Robin Donoghue; his half-siblings, Dylan Adams and Jessica King; his grandparents, Sherry Bastine, Susie Turner and Ted Turner; his uncle Richard Kinser; his aunt Mindy Hahn; his great-uncles and great-aunts, Margo Kinser, Linda Norman, Trish Bastine, Ella Bastine, Debbie Fitzsimmons, Don Bastine, David Bastine, Michael Johannes and Gary Fitzsimmons; and his godmother Sandy MacAllister (Oz Osborne).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Randall & Roberts Funeral Center (1685 Westfield Rd, Noblesville, IN 46062). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
