She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugene Hill and Esther Hill; her husband Edgar "Sonny" Dick, III; and her son-in-law Kim Vincel. She is survived by : her children, Edgar, Delita Vincel, Deann (James Ousley), Denise (Chip Johnston) and Tammy (Roger Myers); her daughter-in-law Lauri Dick, IV; her siblings, Jerry (Elaine Hill), Tom (Sherri Hill) and Linda; and her brother-in-law Sam Rodgers. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting a memorial donation to Sandy's beloved church, Circle of Hope Lakeview Wesleyan Church, 396 Park Street, Noblesville, IN 46060.
