He was predeceased by : his parents, Dent Ross and Anna May Sherrill (Trader); his sister Sandra Ann; his brother-in-law Theodore Lee Coverdale; his brother William R. "Bill" Sherrill; and his grandson Archie Lee Sherrill.
He is survived by : his wife Carol J. Sherrill (Beavers); and his children, Tommy Sherrill (Angela) of Greenwood, Susan Miller (John) of Noblesville and Noelle Trump (Jim) of Noblesville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
