He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith and Mary Smith (Colvin). He is survived by: his daughter Debbie; his wife Debbie Smith; his daughter Rev. Callie J. Smith; his brother Gary Smith (Clara); Callie. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
