He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Blanton and Lorean Blanton (Baker); his wife Anneattea LaJean Blanton; and his brother J. B. Blanton. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Follis (Jamie); his granddaughter Katie Follis; and his nephew Jay Blanton (Peggy).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Highland Cemetery (11171 Hoosier Rd, Fishers, IN 46037).
