He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert and Mabel Irene Halcomb Sr. (Jones). He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Beth "Sandy" Halcomb; his children, Jason Halcomb (Trena Johnson), Bo Halcomb, Ashley Neff (Dallas) and Eli Halcomb; his grandchildren, Cade, Carson Johnson, Sydney, Gaby and Leo Neff; his sisters, Harriet Graves, Kathy Oelschlager (Terry) and Lisa Halcomb; his nephews, Todd and Darrell; and his niece Terri Ann. He is also survived by loving husband, great father and just pappy to his grandchildren.
