He was predeceased by: his parents, Reasy Smith and Gledith Smith (West); his spouse Risa Smith (Suiter); his daughters, Tonya Jordan (Russ) of Washington and Jennifer Barnett; his grandchildren, Tom Smith (Chrystal) of Norman, Hannah Roach (Derek), Sam Jordan, Eli Jordan, Riley Smith, Pheobe Jordan, Bryan Drake and Allison Shannon (Wyatt); and his siblings, Ivan Smith, Elma Trendelman (Ron), Lois Suiter (Don), Alva Smith (Lois Ann), Willard Smith and Clara Rose (Everett).
Memorials may be given to Chestnut Street Community Church, North Vernon.
