She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kacafirek and Catherine Kacafirek (Canton); her husband Joseph Tumback; her siblings, Chester, Frank and Mary Cieslak; her nephew Michael Kacafirek (Linda); her niece Loretta; and her great-niece Kathy Smigelski.
She is survived by: her niece Beverly Dolezal (Greg); her great-niece Genevieve Dolezal-Lindsey (Josh) of Colorado; and her nephew Dennis Cieslak (Ann) of Tampa, Florida..
