She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Napier and Cassie Napier (Manns); her husband David Rotering; her siblings, Emery Napier, Wes Napier, Calla Clemons, Mollie Napier, Fletcher Napier, Horace Napier and Jerry Napier; and her granddaughter Taylor Wagner.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Rotering of Knox, Merle Rotering of Knox and Penny Brown (Jay) of North Judson; her siblings, Pearl of Kentucky, Ruby Neace of Kentucky, Bill Napier of Kentucky and Paul Napier of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Krista, Emily, Zander, Ashlee, Lyndsay, Merle Jr., Bellah, Allyssah, Logan and David; and her great grandchildren, Frankie, Ivory and Harper.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mc Smith Funeral Home (153 E Washington St, Knox, IN 46534). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
