He is survived by: his father John Bochnicka (Holley) of North Judson; his daughters, Miranda McCallum (Nickolas) of North Judson, Mariah Bochnicka (Dalston Fawley) of North Judson and Breighlee Bochnicka of Portage; his grandchildren, Oaklyn, Layla, Bodie and Lillian; his mother Sherry Sams (John) of Texas; and his siblings, Tom Bochnicka (Cheryl) of Monticello and Rhonda Mackey (Debbie (Sanchez) Paul) of Ohio.
