He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Ernie Neeley, Roxie McCarty, Gloria Napier, Eugene Napier and Debra Vitallo; and his mother-in-law Jennifer Jacobs.

He is survived by : his parents, Chad Neeley and Deanna Vierke; his wife Joanne Jacobs; his children, Kyle Jr., Jazmen and Kayne; and his siblings, Tamara Neeley, Camron Neeley, Raven Vierke, Tamea Rowe and Tyler Rowe. He is also survived by many aunts & uncles, 1 niece and 1 nephew, and many cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Free United Baptist Church (2875 IN-39, Francesville, IN 47946). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Leaving the Free United Baptist Church (2875 IN-39, Francesville, IN 47946).

In lieu of flowers the family requests that all monies be given directly towards the funeral at the funeral home or the GoFundMe account.
