He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Hajek (Margaret) and Lyn Hajek; his children, Brendon Hajek, Chelsea Ashton (Ethan) and Emma Hajek; and his brother Jim Hajek.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mc Smith Funeral Home (153 E Washington St, Knox, IN 46534). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
