He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Holm and Emma Holm (Barbknecht); his wife Shari; and his sister Sharon Waldron. He is survived by: his daughters, Christi Holm, Cindi Pedersen (Will), Michelle Feller (Chris) and Kelly Shaida (John); his grandchildren, Paul, Emily, Joshua Pedersen, Padrick, Sydney Feller, Kate, Brooke and John Shaida IV; his sister Helen Berg; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra K. Newton, Bonnie Jo Lehman (Tom) and Vicki Treat (David).
