It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samantha Anne Dean of North Liberty, Indiana, who passed away on July 8, 2025, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Connie Mady-Toth; her husband Toby Dean; her sons, Aaron Dean and Coby Dean; her stepson Austin Dean; her brother Jason Stambaugh (Michelle); her stepfather Albert Toth; her sibling's children, Alyssa Stambaugh, Kirstin Stambaugh and Jared Stambaugh; and her great-nephew Ezekiel.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Saint Joseph Funeral Home (824 S Mayflower Dr, South Bend, IN 46619).
Memorial Contributions in honor of Samantha Anne Dean may be made out to Pet Refugee or St. Joseph Humane Society.
