She was predeceased by : her husband Karl Hassa; her former life partner Kenneth Whitlock; her son Ronald Dean Hassa; her parent Harvey; and her siblings, Viola Aldrich, Joyce Bricker, Geraldine Warren, Carolyn Gray and George Ray.

She is survived by : her children, Debra Baker (Dean) of North Liberty, IN and Benjamin Whitlock (Mary); and her grandchildren, Deanna Baker (Zach Mueller), Kenneth, Jessica and Liam.
