She was predeceased by: her parents, David Welborn and Donnabelle Welborn (Snyder); her son Shawn Houser; her sisters, Karen Loher and Christine Klotz; and her brother-in-law Dennis Bennema.
She is survived by: her husband Neil W. Houser of North Manchester; her children, Amy Williams of Sterling, Shad Houser (Maria) of El Paso, TX, Adam Houser (Sara) of Medway, MA and Cherise Armstrong of Kenai, AK; her siblings, Kenneth Welborn (Jean) of Indianapolis and Carol Bennema of Chicago, IL; and her brothers-in-law, Denny Klotz of Warsaw and David Loher of Winona Lake. She is also survived by grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and the many foster children.
