He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlin Stambaugh and Carmen Stambaugh (Fry); his in-laws, Ray and Lucile Blocher; his sons-in-law, Jeff Flora and Carl Tanner; and his sisters-in-law, Penny Blocher and Sharon Stambaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Blocher; his daughters, Sarah Flora (Quentin Slothour), Deborah Sisk (Bill) and Dinah Dutter (Dwight); his grandchildren, Alaina Filbrun (David), Marillis Flora and Riley Kate Dutter; his great grandchild Isla Filbrun; his brother Harold Stambaugh; and his siblings-in-law, Alan Blocher, Don Blocher and Carol Blocher.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM and on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the West Manchester New Conference Church (1013 W Indiana 114, North Manchester, IN 46962). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
