She was predeceased by: her mother Peggy Lou Norman (Siders). She is survived by: her former husband Donald Lee Shafer Jr.; her husband Thomas Hess of North Manchester; her children, Tory Shafer (Penny) of Huntsville, Lee Shafer (Ashley) of Roann and Hayley Shafer of Larwell, Indiana; her stepdaughter Brittany Morrow (Eric) of North Webster, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jordan Scott (Elliott), Jarret Shafer (Madison Sommers), Kylie Seibold, Leah Shafer, Christina Morrow and Cameron Morrow; her great grandchildren, Bekham, Brookstyn, Leighton and Braelyn; her father Dale Norman of Warsaw, Indiana; and her sisters, Denise Holland (Steve) of Shelbyville and Danette Till (Tom) of Warsaw.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grandstaff-Hentgen Bender Chapel (207 W Main St, North Manchester, IN 46962).
