He is survived by: his children, Lee Neher, Duane Neher (Kathy), Gail Hoke (Steve) and Brenda Blacklaw; his foster daughters, Becky Reichard, Sheila Culp and Lisa Dennis; his grandchildren, Amy Yanagihara (Ryan), Jen Sommers (Zach), Greg Neher (Melissa Knecht), Heather Howard (Ron), Ben Wright (Kacey), Andy Wright (Deb) and Daniele Blacklaw; and his brothers, Dean Neher (Shelba), Dale Neher (Maxine) and New Haven.
