Lewis; her children, Ricky Lewis (Polly) and Kathy Wade (Bill); her daughter-in-law Sharon Lewis; her siblings, Everett Cook and Rachel Graybill; her sisters-in-law, Margaret Montel (Ralph), Dorothy Marvel (Lee), Phyllis Gove (John) and Nancy Lewis; and her grandchildren, Leticia Callaway (Andrew), Brandon Lewis (Calli), Orrin Lewis (Kate), Anthony Lewis (Rachel), Katelyn Holt (Chris), Jordian Hinds (Cameron), Emma Hufford (Rodney), Seth Lewis (Laura), Lora Brovont (Todd) and Chad Lewis (Elaine Stamy).
