He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Marks and Louise E. Marks (Hoham); his sister Jean Ann Bail; and his daughter Nancy Ann Marks. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth M. Allen; his children, James Allen Marks (Diane), David Bradley Marks (Tina), Lizabeth Lee Marks-Shepard (Dennis), Lydia Jane Ball (Jack Welch) and Selma; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Ashley Goodner (Todd), Stephanie Allyn Stone (Riley), Joel Wesley Marks (Marlene), Scott Allen Marks (Laurie), Andrew David Marks, Patrick Austin, Bethany Jeanne Thompson and Rachel Elizabeth Mose (Bryan); and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Lynn Goodner, Colin Gregory Goodner, Reid Alexander Marks, Owen Joel Marks, Liam Isaac Marks, Emily Rose Marks, Nola Fairhurst Thompson and Amelie Ping.
