He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Jenny" Gunter; his son Jeffrey Gunter (Jennifer); his brother Marvin Gunter (Judy); his daughter-in-law Katie Stout (Gunter); and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Gunter, Nicholas Gunter, Jocelyn Gunter, Andrew and Cooper Stout.
