He is survived by: his father Theodore Roosevelt; his former wife Ann Spicer; his children, Jeff Curtis (Julie), Carole Weller (Richard) and Jamie Curtis (Lori); his grandchildren, Jimmy Curtis (Kaylee), Zac Curtis (Abby Hesting), Cody Curtis, Katherine Weller and Jordan Weller; and his great grandchild Valkyrie Curtis.
