She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Slaybaugh and Margret Slaybaugh (Smoker); her husband Homer Hoover of North Manchester; her brothers, Richard "Rich" and Jack Slaybaugh; and her sister-in-law Beth Slaybaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hoover (Pamela), Dr. Rick Hoover (Elaine) and Patti Benzon (Romeo); her grandchildren, Natalie Hoover, Alex Hoover, Elise Racette and Jessica Berlin; and her sister-in-law Georgeanna Slaybaugh. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
