Ulrey and Rosaline Ulrey (Howard); his wife Mary Jane Ulrey; his children, Kent Ulrey (Lisa), Delpha Miller (Bruce) and Megan Flinn (Matt); his grandchildren, Madyson Kitt (Eli), Claire Flinn (JaMichael Howleit) and Emma Ulrey; his great grandchild Zariah Howleit; and his brothers, David Ulrey (Paula) and Jerald "Jerry" Ulrey (April Lynn).
