It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tamara Seifert of North Manchester, Indiana, who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers-in-law, Tom Meyer and Mike Ellenberger. She is survived by: her husband Matt Seifert; her daughter Julie Rupp (Matt); her friend Melinda Foreman; her siblings, Ted Baker (Gail), John Baker (Sarah), Mike Baker (Kay), Janet Ellenberger of Decatur, Indiana and Diane Meyer of Decatur, Indiana; and her granddaughter Zoey Rupp.
