He is survived by: his wife Tammi Parker; his sons, Derrick Parker (Erin) of Silver Lake and Jamison Parker (Hannah) of Silver Lake; his brothers, Jon Parker (Mitzi), Chris Parker (Amey) and Silver Lake; and his grandsons, Blake Parker and Trenton Parker.
