He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Russell and Eula Russell (Stapleton); his wife Belva Kay Russell (Meyers); and his siblings, Kyle, Don and Jane.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Moreland (Bob Goldsmith) of North Salem, Kathy Russell of North Salem and Dennis Russell (Lora) of Oklahoma; and his siblings, Glenn (Jo), Betty (Bob), Chuck (Teresa) and Steve (Vickie). He is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
