It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Verna Seivert of North Salem, Indiana, born in Sheldon, Iowa, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Bert Kamies and Lucille Bernice Kamies (VanMaanen); and her siblings, Joann Kamies and Delbert Kamies. She is survived by : her son Robert "Rob" Seivert (Victoria) of Shelbyville; her granddaughter Valencia; and her siblings, Aiko Kamies (Goldie) of Boyden, IA, Janice Arguello of Wichita Falls, TX and Cindy Kamies of Le Mars, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by mail to the Hancock Co. Food Pantry or Kenneth Butler Soup Kitchen.
