He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Bell of North Vernon; his children, Jeffery Bell of Indianapolis and Brandi Bell Hickey of New Albany; his stepchildren, Scott Shepherd of Loganville, GA and Jeanna Schwering of North Vernon; his sister Wilma Gibson; his grandchildren, Cierra Urias, Matthew, Kindle, Donna Jo Hickey, Colson Leach, Charlotte Weigel, Sam, Dan Leach, Brock and Isaiah Shepherd; his nephew Mike Coffey; and his niece Debbie Mills. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
