She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Baird and Ruby Baird (Capps); and her siblings, Sterling, Jesse Baird, Wanda Perry and Elsie Ellis.
She is survived by: her husband James D. "Jim" Callahan; her daughter Deb Johnson (David) of North Vernon; her grandchildren, Hali Johnson (Bryce Downs) of North Vernon, Avery Johnson of North Vernon and Megan Heilman (Ryan) of North Vernon; and her great grandchildren, Reid Johnson of North Vernon, Waverlee Downs of North Vernon, Wyatt Heilman of North Vernon and Alivia Heilman of North Vernon.
Memorials may be made in honor of Bertha through the funeral home to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
