She is survived by: her husband Ralph Johnson; her children, Ralph Edward Johnson Jr. (Rebecca Norene) of Osgood, David Michael Johnson of North Vernon, Samantha Kay Armstrong (Jeff) of North Vernon and Betty Christine Johnson of North Vernon; her siblings, Richard Earl Lucas of North Vernon and Loretta Jean Caldwell (Bart) of North Vernon; her grandchildren, Ashley Armstrong of North Vernon, Ryan Runge of North Vernon, Brett Motley of North Vernon, Emmy Lou Fitzgibbon of North Vernon, Isabelle Johnson of North Vernon, David "Tater" Johnson of North Vernon and Ralph Johnson III of Osgood; her great grandchild Ralph Johnson IV of Osgood; and her nephew Paul Temple of North Vernon.
