Witters; his stepmother Nancymae Witters of North Vernon; his brother David E. Witters (Linda) of Hayden; his half-siblings, Stephanie Garcia (Antonio) of Seymour and Michael Smith of Seymour; and his sibling's children, Briana Lynch, Dustin Witters and David Clark.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home (402 E Bennett St, Westport, IN 47283). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
