He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ellis and Evalee Morris (Brummett); his wife Delora Nolan; his children, Rev. Benjamin F. Morris and Bernadine Morris; his great grandchild Naomi Daugherty; and his brothers, Robert, Jimmy and Curtis Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Don Morris (Elizabeth) of North Vernon, Rodney Morris (Jennifer) of North Vernon, Belinda Kirchner (Robert) of North Vernon and Tammy Fields of New Market, Tennessee; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Morris of North Vernon; and his grandchildren, Hannah Keller (Henry) of North Vernon, Hadassah Kirchner of North Vernon, Barak Kirchner of North Vernon, Sarah Jolly (Daniel) of Bardstown, Elijah Morris (Alavia) of Cutler, Isaac Fields (Scarlett) of Knoxville, Tabitha Massengill (Dakota) of New Market, Darby Morris (Karissa) of Deputy and Cynthia Daugherty (Tyler) of North Vernon. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
