For Edward is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Mullis and Martha Evelyn Mullis (Roberts); his stepfather Robert Day; and his brother Wayne Mullis. He is survived by: his wife Micki of Columbus; his brothers, Lawrence of North Vernon and Bobby Mullis of North Vernon; and his case manager Maria Aguayo-Lovins of Hayden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home (420 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at the Vernon Cemetery (315 S Pike St, Vernon, IN 47282).
Memorials may be made in honor of Edward through the funeral home to DSI Services.
