With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Glenda Lea Applington of North Vernon, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 28, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Franklin Ledbetter Sr. and Jacqueline Ledbetter (Lamunyon); her brothers, George and Greg Ledbetter; and her grandson Terry Douglas.
She is survived by: her husband Clayton Applington; her children, Terry Douglas of Columbus and Terese Douglas (Emanuel Taylor) of Kokomo; her siblings, Grover Ledbetter (Faye) of Reddington, Gordon Ledbetter (Trenda Brown) of North Vernon, Gloria Delph of Cauga, Gail Eickleberry (Troy) of North Vernon, Gwenda Mead (Edward) of Columbus and Galene Nay (William Bush) of North Vernon; her grandchildren, Tré Douglas (Kaylynn) of North Vernon, Xzavier Douglas (Elizabeth Meek) of Columbus, Divinity Douglas of Columbus, Zirena Douglas of Columbus, Zirnitiy Douglas of Columbus, Alena Douglas of Columbus, Raven Douglas of Kokomo, Emanuel Taylor Jr. of Kokomo, Elijah Taylor of Kokomo, Jaé Quarius Taylor of Kokomo, Da'ryeis Taylor of Kokomo and Da'Marion Taylor of Kokomo; and her great grandchild Luna Douglas of Columbus.
